Podstawową część „Messe Noire” w wersji DVD i BluRay stanowi spektakularny koncert Behemoth z warszawskiego klubu Progresja, który odbył się 8 października 2016 roku. Zespół zaprezentował wówczas w całości materiał z płyty „The Satanist”. Drugim koncertem w secie jest Live Assault, dokumentujący występ Behemoth na festiwalu Brutal Assault, również z 2016 roku. Część wizualną uzupełnią wszystkie video klipy zrealizowane do promocji albumu „The Satanist”, który uzyskał status Złotej Płyty.
